Connect a sensor so readings log themselves

Typing readings off a meter is the slowest way to keep records — and photo-scanning a display is barely faster. The real win is a sensor that posts its readings straight into Provamar, so the record writes itself and you only step in for exceptions.

How it works

In Settings → Sensors, create a device key — a secret the device uses to post readings.
Point your gateway or bridge at the ingest endpoint; each reading lands against the right tank.
Set thresholds per parameter; a reading out of range raises an alarm and an action, automatically.
No device yet? You can still bulk-import a meter's CSV log, or capture by hand — the record is the same shape either way.

Less input, fewer surprises

Automatic capture is the difference between the software feeling like more paperwork and feeling like it works in the background. Once readings flow in on their own, the daily round shrinks to the things a sensor can't see, and the compiled reports stay current without anyone typing.
