Provamar is a record-keeping and evidence-generation tool. It does not replace your certifier, veterinarian, or water-quality professional's judgement, and it does not guarantee audit outcomes. It makes the records you already keep easier to capture, structure, and produce on demand.
Questions
How do I know which plan is right for my farm?
Plans are priced by farm size: how many tanks or ponds you run, how many tonnes you produce a year, and how many people use it. Choose the smallest plan that fits all three. Every plan includes every feature; Enterprise also connects automated sensors and comes with a tailored setup.
Can you tailor Provamar to my farm?
On Enterprise we set Provamar up around your farm with you: the limits and alerts for your species, your targets, and the standards you are audited against. If you need something the product does not do yet, tell us. We scope it with you and quote it separately before any work starts, so you always know what is included.
Is there a limit on how much I can record?
No. Every plan has unlimited records. If your farm grows past your plan's size, we'll suggest moving up at your next renewal. We never stop you logging.
Is there a free trial?
There's no time-limited trial. You choose a plan and start logging immediately. If Provamar isn't the right fit, see our refund policy.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing; the change applies to your next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything as CSV at any time, on every plan, before or after cancelling. Your records are yours.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. The daily round works offline at the tank. Records queue on your device and sync the moment you're back online.
Do I need to install anything from an app store?
No. Open provamar.com in your phone's browser and add it to your home screen, see the video above. It behaves like an app without one.
