Log your daily round in under two minutes
The daily round is the one habit that keeps your records audit-ready without extra paperwork. Provamar walks you tank by tank so you capture everything on one pass, on your phone, even with no signal.
One guided pass, tank by tank
- On Home, tap the daily round, it prefills the tanks and the checks that are due today.
- For each tank, log feed, a quick water check, and anything unusual (a death, a behaviour note).
- It shows what's already done today, so you never double-log or miss a tank.
- No signal? It saves on the phone and syncs when you're back in range.
Why this is the whole job
Everything downstream, your FCR, your compliance evidence, the exceptions that need you, is compiled from this one daily habit. Do the round, and the reports, the audit pack and the trends assemble themselves from it. You review; you don't re-enter.
Turn today's walk round into your records, in two minutes.
