How to record a treatment and work out the harvest-clear date

A harvest inside a withholding window is a major non-conformity almost everywhere. Recording the treatment properly makes the do-not-harvest date automatic.

What to enter

  • Product and active ingredient, dose, and the batch treated.
  • Who administered it and the date.
  • The withholding period from the product label — Provamar calculates the date the batch is clear to harvest.

What Provamar does with it

The treated batch shows a do-not-harvest status until the withholding period ends, and harvest is blocked (with an audited override) until then. When the period ends you'll be prompted to record whether the treatment worked — that efficacy note is evidence auditors increasingly ask for.

Never miss a withholding window again.
