Built for operators, by operators’ advocates
Provamar is an operations and compliance workspace for aquaculture teams. We publish what it does, what it does not do, and how production data is handled.
Who’s behind it
Provamar is built by Aqua IQ, a small early-stage team focused on making daily aquaculture operations and compliance evidence easier to manage. We work directly with founding operators and publish product limitations instead of hiding them.
Legal identity: Provamar is currently pre-incorporation. The contracting legal entity, registered address, and tax details will be provided before any paid agreement is accepted.
Trust & security
What we can honestly say about how your data is handled today. We make no claims to certifications (such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001) that we do not hold.
Database hosting and location
Production records are stored in a managed Supabase PostgreSQL project in EU Central (Frankfurt, Germany).
Application hosting
The website and application are deployed on Vercel. Traffic between your browser and Provamar uses HTTPS/TLS.
Organisation isolation and roles
Database row-level security and organisation-scoped server actions restrict records to the organisation and role attached to the signed-in user.
Audited internal access
Internal administration is role-gated. Sensitive support changes require a reason and are designed to create tamper-evident audit events, with failures monitored; Provamar does not provide broad unaudited impersonation.
AI is assistive and reviewable
AI-assisted features send only the context needed for the requested task to the configured provider. AI-derived fields are identified, and operators remain responsible for reviewing them.
Export, retention, and deletion
You can export records and request account deletion. Eligible data is erased after verification and a grace period; records subject to retention requirements may be retained or anonymised as described in the Privacy Policy.

Data handlingAnthropic receives relevant content only when an AI-assisted feature is invoked. AI output is decision-support and must be reviewed.

Provamar is a record-keeping and decision-support tool — not veterinary, legal, or financial advice. It does not diagnose disease or prescribe treatment. Withdrawal periods are entered by you from the product label; Provamar only reminds you of the date you set.
